1. Return Terms and Conditions

Unused & Sealed Items: You can return products if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 4 days of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not allowed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs using a trackable courier service.

Sale Items: Items purchased during Flash Sales or on special discounts are not eligible for refunds.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video To claim for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, a continuous and uncut unboxing video is required:

Show the sealed parcel from all sides before opening.

Show the invoice and company flyer clearly.

Open the package in one go (without any pauses or cuts in the video).

Clearly show the product's condition and quantity.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
