1. Return Terms and Conditions

  • Unused & Sealed Items: You can return products if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 4 days of purchase.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

  • Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not allowed.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs using a trackable courier service.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during Flash Sales or on special discounts are not eligible for refunds.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video To claim for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, a continuous and uncut unboxing video is required:

  • Show the sealed parcel from all sides before opening.

  • Show the invoice and company flyer clearly.

  • Open the package in one go (without any pauses or cuts in the video).

  • Clearly show the product's condition and quantity.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons).
